Fitness Frenzy is the only fitness facility in the area that uses C.H.E.K. Institute Training to apply a Holistic Approach to achieving your goals. We look at the body as a whole system of systems and not just a bunch of muscles. We use specific assessment and interview technologies to work with clients on diet, lifestyle, exercise and mind-body harmony. We have trained to a higher standard than your typical personal trainer by The Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Institute which is world known for their advanced-level education for fitness and healthcare professionals. The C.H.E.K approach emphasises assessments followed by personalised programs to ensure success at all levels. At Fitness Frenzy we assess and measure your results so you can see your progress. Certified as a Personal Training Specialist, A Holistic Lifestyle Coach, C.H.E.K Exercise Coach, C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1, Reiki Master Practitioner and so much more, Becky can take your training to a whole new level. Becky has experience working with people with severe scoliosis, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, bone problems, and other complex medical conditions
