C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1 Training
Everyone is different so why would you use a one size fits all approach to your training? If you want to lose weight, rehabilitate an injury, perform better in a sport or event, increase your energy levels, tone up, do a bodybuilding competition, or test your limits in a safe environment, this is your type of training. With a Certified C.H.E.K Practitioner you can rest assured that your training programs will be designed specifically for you, resulting in superior progress of your goals, reduced chance of injuries, or re-injury and less time wasted on unnecessary regimes.
Your training will start with identifying your needs through a specific assessment, designed to map out your body fully, so we can spend time on what matters. This is not your run of the mill type assessment that you get at big box gyms, and you won't find your typical Personal Trainer measuring things such as spinal curves, forward head posture, pelvic angles or muscle imbalances with specialised tools that you will get with a C.H.E.K Practitioner. C.H.E.K Practitioners will then create cutting-edge programs to cover strength and conditioning from a unique point of view treating the body as a whole.
