Holistic Lifestyle Coaching is not a quick fix approach (as they do not work long term), but uses proven principles to build a strong foundation for health. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching starts with a Nutrition and Lifestyle questionnaire to assess physiological load and to have a starting point you can measure against as you progress through your journey. Our Holistic Lifestyle Coaches are trained by the C.H.E.K Institute, a world-renowned Institute founded by Paul Chek, a Holistic Health Practitioner and certified Neuromuscular Therapist, who is known worldwide for his unparalleled success using his holistic approach in rehabilitation and conditioning. This program which combines an intensive study of the relationship between food and lifestyle habits as well as the tools to recognise and create individualised eating plans to improve client's health and wellness. Also, C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coaches understand the important roles that sleep, food quality, stress reduction techniques, and exercise play in improving the health of their clients. Sessions can be via Skype, Phone or in the studio.
