Certified as a Personal Training Specialist, A Holistic Lifestyle Coach, C.H.E.K Exercise Coach, C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1, Reiki Master Practitioner and so much more, Becky can take your training to a whole new level. Becky has experience working with people with severe scoliosis, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, bone problems, and other complex medical conditions
