Group Exercise Classes

Group classes are a great way to achieve goals, stay motivated, build strong relationships, and have fun.

Circuit Class

This class allows participants to focus on total body conditioning, endurance, and flexibility. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves while going at their own pace. This class is suited to all levels of fitness and will use a variety of exercise equipment.

Hula Hooping

Bring out your inner child with this fun and easy workout! Spinning, hooping and laughing in this class will burn fat and sculpt your middle, and the best part is you won’t feel like you have worked out for an hour. Bring a friend for added fun!

Military Boot Camp

Extreme High intensity military style workouts. Classes are 1hour of non-stop physical training. Participants will achieve total body workout. Motivation and direction will be given in military style.

Bridal Boot Camp

This class is for Bridal Parties who want to look and feel fantastic on the big day. Classes will be high intensity total body workouts and is best paired with individual conditioning to achieve optimum results.

Fitness Weekends

Held throughout the year at different times these healthy lifestyle weekends will give you a big boost towards achieving your fitness goals and leave you feeling proud of your accomplishments.

Accommodations, meals qualified instructor, time for relaxation with night time fire are all included.

Personal Training Services

Personal Training is one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness.

One on One Training

These training sessions are based totally on the participant’s goals. A custom made program will be developed after an initial consultation. Initial consultations include goal setting and fitness testing. This is by far the most beneficial way to achieve your goals and see the results of the programs.

Couples Training

These training sessions are based on any 2 people’s similar goals.

Couples, mother/daughter, father/son, sisters, brothers, and/or friends will find these programs give all the benefits of one-on-one training while sharing the cost.

Groups of 3+ available upon request*.

Bride and Groom Training

These training sessions are based on creating the WOW factor on your big day. Brides and Grooms who are looking to lose weight and tone up or just look and feel great for the big day can use these custom programs to build strong bodies and relationships simultaneously. It is recommended you book early in the planning stages of your wedding, as more time equals a bigger WOW.
